TURN is partnering with Good Hope Resource Center, Spectrum Community Services, and East Bay Municipal Utility District to deliver energy and water bill assistance.
Individuals will partake in a brief educational workshop on the bill support programs that exist and the importance of joining the movement for rate reform. Following the workshop, they will be connected to a representative from one of the listed support organizations to receive hands-on assistance completing an application for bill assistance.
Individuals seeking assistance must bring the following required documentation to receive aid:
Government Issues Photo ID
Proof of Income
Complete Copy of Most Recent Bill (Energy or Water)
