Jennifer Dowdell joined TURN as an energy analyst in March 2019. She comes to TURN with an extensive background in utility regulation, financial services, and financial modeling. She will be a crucial part of TURN’s energy team, bringing her analytic skills to rate cases and other key proceedings. She has previously worked as an independent financial consultant and data analyst. Earlier in her career Jennifer held director-level roles in Regulatory Relations, Investor Relations, and Payment Services for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).

I am thrilled to be using my skills and expertise for the benefit consumers at a time when energy issues are at the forefront of so much public debate.”

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. She is also a licensed California CPA, and a Chartered Financial Analyst. In her spare time, Jennifer can be seen rowing around Lake Merritt with her crew team.
