Lee Trotman has over two decades of experience in the energy industry and has extensive knowledge of the utilities industry and its impact on ratepayers.  From general rate cases to marketing energy efficiency products, programs and services, this insight led him to join TURN as Communications Director in July 2024.  

Before joining TURN, he led several CPG companies with his leadership of digital marketing/communications and e-commerce channels.  He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor’s of Science in International Business from California State University Los Angeles.  

 As Communications Director, his goal is to reach as many consumers and ratepayers as possible and to assist them in becoming vocal advocates for their communities.  TURN serves all communities and is a strong partner in helping them shape policies and legislation that benefits them first.
