A Mireille Fall-Fry joined TURN January 6, 2025, and is an accomplished policy compliance and regulatory attorney with 20 years of experience in public policy, legal analysis, and advocacy. Throughout Mireille’s career, she has championed consumer rights, regulatory compliance, and equitable utility practices. Her expertise spans policy evaluation, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and litigation, with a strong track record of representing clients in high-stakes proceedings.

Mireille has served as Associate General Counsel at Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company, in which she oversaw complex legal matters, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and managing litigation strategy. Prior to this, Mireille held key regulatory and compliance roles at Florida startup and the Florida Office of Public Counsel, where she advocated for consumers in utility rate cases and fought against unfair industry practices before the Florida Public Service Commission.

With a background that includes serving as a Career Staff Attorney at the Florida Supreme Court, Mireille has an in-depth understanding of the legal framework governing public utilities and regulatory matters. Mireille is dedicated to protecting consumer interests, negotiating favorable outcomes, and ensuring transparency in public policy.

Mireille holds a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Honors College at the University of Houston.
