Radio Interview: PG&E’s Wildfire Mitigation Plan

“PG&E wants to add an additional 1100 miles to the wildfire mitigation plan by 2028, but did not attach a price tag.”

 When asked about PG&E’s plan, Lee Trotman Communications Director with The Utility Reform Network” said “I’m a little suspicious because last year PG&E had six rate hikes.”  He also said “burying the lines is the most expensive option, and we would rather have them insulate the lines.”
